     在2005年,志邦第一次亲密接触广州建博会,翻开那时的历史画卷,不论是展示的产品还是团队风貌,志邦都略显青涩。好像一个刚出远门的年轻人,放眼望着外面的世界。

     从98年创立开始,志邦十年间一直在中部默默发展,厚积薄发、稳健前行的徽商精神一直为志邦所秉承,但由始至终从没有忘记“走出去’战略,从合肥独立运作,到南京分公司试水,志邦一直在探索走出去所遇到的问题,一直在研究以城市运营为核心的发展模式,为走向全国铺垫出强大的基础。在05年广州建博会上,志邦确立了“先北上后南下”的扩张战略,历史的战车由此驶向大中华市场。

第二次挥师南下  再现奇迹  

     时隔七年,在2012年的7月,志邦再次登陆广州舞台,七年磨一剑,其高度却以令行业为之惊叹。七年间,志邦遵循北上南下的全国战略,以无可阻挡的速度跑马圈地,抢占全国,成就行业数一数二的行业地位。

      第二次来到广州,意味着志邦的先北后南的全国战略进入新时期——南下阶段,南方市场特征明显:品牌集中度高,后进者有很大竞争挑战难度,但志邦坚信这些困难当中总能找到机会。2012,是志邦实现千店战略的时刻,而广州,就是见证奇迹的地方,建博会同期举办招商峰会,与会人数200余人,现场成功签约72家,再显行业奇迹。

 

第三次专业力量   领变格局

      2013是志邦新三年计划的起点,在过去三年中,志邦高速奔跑,以速度实现规模经济,迅速抢占全国市场,提前一年完成“三年十亿”的战略目标。站在新的起跑线上,面临新三年的挑战,志邦将深化营销力,打造产品力,提高终端力,实现企业高质量发展。

     在“求品质”时代的橱柜企业,对客户的价值承诺和对企业的管理将上升到前所未有的高度,志邦领先同行完成全国千店布局后,将着力注重市场的精耕细作,当很多品牌处于追求千店规模,圈地招商的时候,志邦的加盟战略已由招商变为“选商”,由重数量变为重质量,注重新晋加盟的盈利,并全面打造产品力,力求以15年的专业力量,领变行业格局。
